At Buddy and Luna, we take great pride in our superior quality dog beds and aim to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. This shipping policy outlines our practices and procedures. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Locations We currently ship to all locations within the contiguous 48 United States. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.
Shipping Methods and Rates We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous 48 states. We use the most reliable shipping services – USPS, UPS, and FedEx – for our deliveries. All orders are trackable and the tracking number will be provided after the shipping has been booked.
Delivery Estimates Most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days after processing, but we ask our customers to allow up to 10 business days for delivery after the order has been processed. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times can vary.
Order Confirmation and Tracking You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before you start tracking your package.
Shipping Problems We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country, air, and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Lost or Stolen Packages Buddy and Luna are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Buddy and Luna will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Damaged Items In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at support@buddyandluna.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve your issue promptly.
Return Shipping In case of returns, the customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. For more information about our return policy, please visit our Return Policy page.
